ThrottleExplorer is a new file explorer app from the folks over at ThrottleLauncher.com .

Remember this is a first release of the app. ThrottleExplorer is compatible on any device as long as they have WinMo 5 or greater with NetCF 2.0 - 3.5. It also works on all screen resolutions so you tilt guys can have a try with it too!
